Our Work

What we've actually built.

Zaiphr is a young practice, so this page stays honest: three client engagements, four products we run our own business on, and a few clearly labelled design concepts. No stock testimonials, no invented metrics — and you work directly with the engineer who builds your solution.

01 / CLIENT WORK

Real engagements.

Three engagements, described plainly. Where a client hasn't yet approved being named, we say so — instead of inventing a logo wall.

Dispatch & work orders for a New Brunswick overhead-door company

A family-run overhead-door company was coordinating installs and service calls across phone calls, paper, and text threads. We built them a field-service web app: the office dispatches jobs, technicians pull up work orders on their phones on site, and completed work flows straight back to the office — one record of every job.

The app is in a live pilot with their crew now — real jobs, real schedules — and we're refining it against daily use before we publish numbers.

Campaign website for a municipal candidate

A municipal candidate needed a bilingual (English / French) campaign site — platform, bio, and a way for voters to get in touch — launched fast and kept current through the race. We built it and updated it to election day. The candidate won the seat. The website didn't win the election — the candidate did — but it did its job.

02 / OUR OWN PRODUCTS

We run our practice on what we sell.

The fastest way to judge whether we can ship working software is what we ship for ourselves. Four products in day-to-day operation — built, run, and maintained by Zaiphr.

AI Assistant · Operations

Zoe

The executive-assistant AI that runs Zaiphr's own back office — daily briefings, project tracking, and follow-ups, so a one-engineer practice doesn't drop the admin.

03 / DESIGN CONCEPTS

Design concepts — fictional brands.

Everything below is invented. These aren't clients — they're made-up brands we designed and built to show range and how quickly a polished, responsive site can go live. Any company named on those pages doesn't exist.

Board Culture Moncton — fictional skate shop. Dark street aesthetic, product showcase, event listings. View concept

Janix Art — fictional pet-portrait artist. Filterable gallery and a step-by-step commission flow. View concept

Zen Flow Yoga — fictional yoga studio. Class schedules, instructor bios, membership tiers. View concept

04 / ENGAGEMENT MODEL

How a Zaiphr engagement runs.

Every project follows the same straightforward path — discovery, scope, build, handoff — with weekly check-ins so you're never surprised.

01
Step 01 · Discovery

Sit down and map the problem.

A 15-minute fit call followed by a focused discovery session. We map the problem, your existing stack, and where AI realistically fits in your business — and if it doesn't, we say so.

02
Step 02 · Scope & Proposal

Clear deliverables, agreed up front.

Clear deliverables, timeline, and pricing — agreed before any build work begins. No surprise scope creep, no hidden costs.

03
Step 03 · Build with weekly check-ins

Iterative build, light lift on you.

Iterative development with regular review windows. You stay involved without being burdened — typically 30–60 minutes weekly.

04
Step 04 · Handoff & 30-day support

You own it. We back it up.

Documentation, training, and a 30-day post-launch support window are built into every project — and you own everything we build. Ongoing support after that is optional: Care from $500/month, Improve from $1,500/month. No retainer required to own your tools.

Ready when you are

Start with a 15-minute call.

Tell us what's eating your week. We'll say plainly whether AI can help, what it would cost — and if it's not a fit, we'll tell you that too.
