Free tools. Your data stays put.

Four small tools for the groundwork around AI: sizing up the opportunity, pasting safely, finding where a process leaks and seeing who covers what. Plus three games for staff meetings. They're free, with no account to make and no email to hand over. Each one runs in your browser: what you type or paste isn't sent to Zaiphr or anyone else.

01 · Business tools

Four tools, one job each.

  1. Tool 01 · Before you spend

    AI Opportunity Check

Eight questions about your business, about two minutes. You get a brief: where the hours could come back, what each fix costs on the published price ladder, and the payback math with every assumption shown, so you can change it.

    Run the Check

On this site · Leads to the AI Adoption Assessment

An Opportunity Check brief: where the hours are most likely to come back, starting with first-draft quotes from past jobs, priced from $1,300 per workflow with a rough payback of 9 to 18 months
    A brief from made-up answers
  2. Tool 02 · Before you paste into AI

    Redact before you paste

Paste an email or a document and the names, phone numbers, addresses, SINs and card numbers are covered with placeholders, so you can ask ChatGPT or Copilot about it without handing over anyone's details. When the answer comes back, it puts them back in. It finds details by rules, so it asks you to read the page before you copy.

    Open Redact

On tools.zaiphr.ai · Pairs with Team Training, where safe use comes first

Redact before you paste with its sample email: names, email addresses, phone numbers, an address, a SIN and a card number covered by numbered placeholders, and a list of the 12 hidden details beside it

  3. Tool 03 · Find the leak

    Drop-off funnel

Start with how many came in (quote requests, applicants, sign-ups), then say how many dropped out at each step and why. It shows the biggest drop and what winning back some of one reason is worth. Download a picture of it for your slides.

    Open the funnel

On tools.zaiphr.ai · Pairs with a process review, the first rung of Build

The Drop-off funnel with its sample: 1,200 freight quote requests down to 265 booked, the biggest drop at Quoted, and a what-if worth about $90,000
The built-in sample · Northshore Logistics is a fictional company
  4. Tool 04 · Who covers what

    Sorter

Drag your team's names into groups (jobs, skills, training topics) and see which group has nobody, which depends on one person, and who isn't in a group yet. Download a picture of the board or a skills matrix.

    Open the Sorter

On tools.zaiphr.ai · Pairs with Team Training, for deciding who learns what

The Sorter with its sample: a depot team of 13 sorted into six groups, with After-hours phone flagged as the biggest gap and Invoicing covered by one person

02 · Office games

Games for the staff meeting.

For training check-ins, staff meetings and the holiday party, made for the projector: the wheel fills the screen, and the quiz and Crowd pick put the board on the big screen while the answers stay on your laptop. No ads, no sign-up, and everything stays in your browser.

  • The wheel spinner on a projector after one draw: twelve names on the wheel and Priya Nair drawn, with eleven names left

    Wheel spinner

Pick a name fairly for door prizes, draws and who goes next, with winners taken off as you go and a record of every draw.

  • The quiz board mid-game: six categories with some tiles already taken, and four team scores along the bottom

    Quiz board

A team quiz on the big screen: categories and points for the room, the answers on your laptop, team scores with undo.

  • Crowd pick mid-round: the question “Why do meetings run late?” with two of six answers found, and four team scores

    Crowd pick

Play your own quick staff survey as a team game: teams guess what most people said, and each answer scores as many points as people gave it.

03 · The fine print

Free, and nothing to sign.

  • Your data

    It stays in your browser

What you type or paste stays on your computer. The pages on tools.zaiphr.ai and play.zaiphr.ai aren't allowed to send anything at all, and the tests check it. Some tools keep your work in the browser so it's there next time; clearing your browser data clears it.

  • The catch

    There isn't one

No ads, no account, no email to give. If a tool shows you a problem worth fixing properly, that's the work Zaiphr does, and the prices are published.

  • The checks

    Tested at every release

Every release of tools.zaiphr.ai and play.zaiphr.ai runs the full test suite: laptop and phone screens, keyboard use, the WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility checks, and the check that nothing you type leaves the page.

When a free tool isn't enough

Want one built around your process?

The tools here are general. Zaiphr builds the specific version, inside the systems your team already uses, with a person kept on the approve button. A 15-minute call, no pressure, and a reply within 1 business day.
