Work

Things Zaiphr has made happen.

Zaiphr is a young practice, so this page stays honest: client engagements are described plainly (where a client hasn’t approved being named, we say so), our own products carry their real status, worked examples are labelled fictional, and design concepts are exactly that. No stock testimonials, no invented metrics.

Dispatch & work orders for a New Brunswick overhead-door company

Custom build · field service

A family-run overhead-door company was coordinating installs and service calls across phone calls, paper, and text threads. We built them a field-service web app: the office dispatches jobs, technicians pull up work orders on their phones on site, and completed work flows straight back to the office — one record of every job. The app is in a live pilot with their crew now — real jobs, real schedules — and we’re refining it against daily use before we publish numbers.

Campaign website for a municipal candidate

Web build · bilingual

A bilingual English/French campaign site — platform, bio, and a way for voters to get in touch — launched fast and kept current through the race. The candidate won the seat; the website didn’t win the election, but it did its job.

02 · Zaiphr products

We run our practice on what we sell.

The fastest way to judge whether we can ship working software is what we ship for ourselves — four products in day-to-day operation, built, run, and maintained by Zaiphr.

Zaiphr product

Zoe

AI assistant · operations · in daily use

The executive-assistant AI that runs Zaiphr’s own back office — daily briefings, project tracking, follow-ups — so a one-engineer practice doesn’t drop the admin.

Zaiphr product

Praxis

Voice AI · training · in operation

Voice-roleplay training for regulated sales teams — reps practise difficult, compliance-sensitive conversations against an AI counterpart and get feedback on every run.

Zaiphr product

Verity

Automation · security · in operation

Security-questionnaire automation — drafts consistent, evidence-backed answers to the long vendor questionnaires that stall B2B deals.

Zaiphr product

Mr. Aubé

EdTech · membership · in operation

A math-practice membership for families — fresh, level-appropriate practice sheets so kids build skills a few minutes at a time.

03 · The worked example

Northshore Logistics — fictional, and labelled.

Northshore is not a client. It’s the fictional company we use across this site to show, end to end, what an engagement produces — a readiness score that moves (56→67), hours identified and then measured (11 → 9.5/wk), a working dispatch tool, and an operating portal. Every artifact is rendered by the same production pipeline that renders real client deliverables. What’s invented is the company; what’s real is the system.

Opportunity Check → scorecard → enablement checkpoint → dispatch intake → day-90 progression — the full method, demonstrated honestly.
